World Leaders to Attend Saudi Real Estate Future Forum 2025 for Industry-Shaping Discussions

The Real Estate Future Forum 2025 will gather over 300 global speakers to discuss innovations, sustainability, and investment strategies in real estate, spotlighting the Middle East's $1 trillion pipeline of projects.
The Real Estate Future Forum (RFF) 2025 is set to take place from January 27–29 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing together over 300 industry leaders, policymakers, and investors from 85 countries.

Under the theme 'Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality,' the forum will focus on innovations, sustainability, and investment strategies that are transforming the global property market.

The Middle East's $1 trillion real estate pipeline, driving changes in urban development, will be a key topic of discussion.

Participants will examine major projects in Saudi Arabia, such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and Diriyah Gate, and their economic and environmental impacts.

Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 reforms have positioned the Kingdom at the forefront of real estate development, combining innovation with sustainability and economic growth.

The forum will also highlight the region’s unprecedented urban expansion and the role of digital transformation, sustainable construction, and strategic investments in shaping the future of cities.

Experts like Benjamin Deschietere from Boston Consulting Group emphasize the importance of sustainability in real estate development, with a particular focus on reducing greenhouse gas emissions and using greener materials.

Discussions will include the integration of smart technologies like AI, blockchain, and 3D printing in urban planning and construction.

This year’s forum will also explore topics such as sustainable real estate, financing models, the impact of giga-projects on economic growth, and the role of culture and modern innovation in urban development.

Over 30 high-level dialogues and 25 workshops will address the future of housing, inclusivity, smart cities, and the intersection of real estate with entertainment, tourism, and sports. The event is expected to foster strategic partnerships, with over 50 agreements signed at the 2024 forum, amounting to SR100 billion ($26.6 billion).

This year’s event is poised to surpass those numbers and provide a platform for transformative deals and international collaboration. As Saudi Arabia’s real estate sector continues to evolve under Vision 2030, the RFF 2025 will serve as a key event for shaping the future of the global real estate industry.
