The Real Estate Future Forum (RFF) 2025 is set to take place from January 27–29 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, bringing together over 300 industry leaders, policymakers, and investors from 85 countries.
Under the theme 'Future for Humanity: Shaping Dreams into Reality,' the forum will focus on innovations, sustainability, and investment strategies that are transforming the global property market.
The Middle East's $1 trillion real estate pipeline, driving changes in urban development, will be a key topic of discussion.
Participants will examine major projects in Saudi Arabia, such as NEOM, The Red Sea Project, and Diriyah Gate, and their economic and environmental impacts.
Saudi Arabia's Vision 2030 reforms have positioned the Kingdom at the forefront of real estate development, combining innovation with sustainability and economic growth.
The forum will also highlight the region’s unprecedented urban expansion and the role of digital transformation, sustainable construction, and strategic investments in shaping the future of cities.
