Saudi Aramco has confirmed the discovery of two new natural gas fields in the Eastern Province and the Empty Quarter, with production capacity expected to raise daily output by nearly 10 percent.
The new reserves are set to support domestic energy supply and provide additional feedstock for Saudi Arabia’s petrochemical industry.
