Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund has signed agreements with major international investment firms to launch new financial vehicles targeting small and medium-sized enterprises in the Kingdom. The initiative is aimed at deepening private sector participation in the economy while attracting additional foreign investment into Saudi capital markets.
