On Monday, Jeddah will welcome the annual Saudi Horeca exhibition from February 5-7, hosted by the Kingdom’s Culinary Arts Commission. The event aims to boost the hospitality and food industry, offering a stage for domestic vendors.
Visitors at the expo can engage in live shows to keep abreast of new trends in food, drink, and hospitality. Notable chefs will lead a live cooking contest, providing a treat for the taste buds and a chance to win titles, including the Kingdom's top barista and best mocktail creator.
The expo attracts a broad range of businesses, covering industries like food, confectionery, coffee, tea, dairy, meat, spices, water, food-testing, hygiene, kitchen equipment, vending, baking and ice cream devices, coffee technology, hospitality, franchising, hotels, restaurants, and packaging. It's a one-stop hub for all linked to the food and service industry.
The Commission's presence at the expo underscores its mission to elevate local food experiences to global standards and to bolster sector-related enterprises. This expo is part of the “Community Engagement and Local Food Festivals Program,” championing Saudi culinary heritage and countrywide food festivities.
